For vehicle storage, we provide options up to 10×35, ideal for even the largest RVs. Don’t forget to consult our unit size guide to help you select the ideal space for your requirements.
Absolutely! Our climate-regulated storage units maintain a steady temperature range from 55° F to 80° F throughout the year, creating optimal conditions for your belongings. While these storage units are beneficial for preserving all types of items, we highly suggest using them for storing temperature-sensitive belongings, including:
- Wooden and leather furniture
- Electronics and home appliances
- Photos, books, and important documents
- Musical instruments
- Medications, and non-flammable cleaning agents
- Delicate clothing items, such as wedding gowns
Every tenant is responsible for supplying locks for their storage units. If you don’t have a lock and are interested in getting one that is industry grade, we offer high-quality locks for sale on the premises.
Only our Frisco Self Storage, My Attic Self Storage, and Valley Ranch Self Storage facilities offer postal services for FedEx/UPS/USPS. Once your shipment arrives, we’ll have it available for your next visit.

Storage Rental Process
Feel free to drop by during our office hours for a guided facility tour! Just give us a call beforehand to make sure we have someone available to assist you.
The unit can only be signed for by the tenant listed on the lease. However, exceptions may be made for certain approved business representatives or legal guardians.
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and be prepared to provide your current address along with a phone number where we can contact you.
In accordance with building regulations and legal requirements, the following items are not allowed in our storage units:
- Food, including canned products, perishable foods, and pet food
- Illegal substances, toxic materials and associated paraphernalia
- Flammable liquids, explosives fireworks, fuel canisters, and fertilizers
- Living organisms, including plants, animals, and humans
- Unlawful goods, including banned weapons and stolen item

Yes! In addition to U-Haul rentals, some of our storage facilities offer free moving truck services to new renters moving in. To learn more about these options, you are welcome to contact us.
You can find a wide range of moving and packing supplies for sale at select locations. These include boxes, tape, packing materials, and everything else necessary for your move. For added convenience, we provide complimentary access to carts and dollies.
Please let us know at least five days before moving out.
Although our storage unit size guide is designed to help you determine the most suitable space for your belongings, you might discover that your actual space requirements change once you begin moving in. Our staff is more than happy to assist you in selecting a different unit that better accommodates your needs.

Payment Options and Insurance
Your monthly installment will be deducted automatically from your credit card or debit card. If you have any remaining balances, you can manually settle them online, by phone, or in person.
We offer storage units on a month-to-month basis for flexibility, allowing you to adjust your storage needs whenever required. Rent payments are due on the first day of each month.
We accept payments using all leading credit cards, such as VISA, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard.
Yes, we do. Our rental agreement requires that each tenant maintain insurance coverage on their stored property. Tenants are required to select one of our insurance options to continue with the rental process.
