Laura is amazing. Helped me upgrade to a bigger unit at short notice, very patient and helpful. There was a bit of an issue when unloading the uhaul with movers I had hired and she was quick to help me sort it out since I wasn’t actually at the site when it happened. This is the first self storage I’ve rented and I will definitely recommend this to anyone I can!

She has implemented the best security protection device for the safety of customers storages and their possessions. This place must be a great place to rent based on the reviews but I’ll never know. When I went in to inquire about a unit there was another gentleman in the office and I was told that I would need to wait outside until she was done with him, maybe wait in my car. 25 minutes later no one had come out and she had never come out to unlock the door or to see if I was still waiting. There are a lot of storage businesses out there, if you want customers you need to have your office open. Sorry, you’ve lost this one.

I feel really secure in my unit that I can safely store my belongings and supplies there. The climate is well controlled an the entire facility clean to perfection. If you a serious person like me and want that level of protection this is The best. Unless you have a personal Bunker.

I have had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest person today, one that had patients and kindness during a transition in my life and shared with me some of ins and out of packing and storage. I walked into the Lakeline location and was so overwhelmed, and Ms Laura Pennycook , was able to assist me with all my questions and provided me with information I had not even thought about. Laura is AWESOME! She is incredible when it comes to professionalism and customer service. We came in last minute after an emergency move and they accommodated us in the best way. The facility is wonderful, clean, and extremely safe. We will definitely be recommending anyone who need storage services to Lakeline Storage.

From the moment I walked in to Lakeline Storage I was greeted by a friendly smile and a very nice environment. I experienced no wait time and Laura Pennycook, who assisted me, was both friendly and knowledgeable and offered us a number of options and selections. She walked us through a few different size storage rooms that were all impeccably clean so that we could make an informed decision. We rented the unit with ease, signed all necessary documents, and were out the door in a short amount of time.

No complaints so far. Clean facility. Staff is very pleasant. They have an awesome option to use their truck when moving in. Prices are on par with others. Quick and easy to get started. Only downside for some may be the lack of 24 hour access but having access 5am-10pm is more than sufficient for most.

I rarely write reviews, but this place (and people) deserve to be recognized for their demonstration in offering top tier customer service and customer-focused approach in sales/retention - they go over the top in listening to different needs, unique circumstances and from recent experience can say they are personable, friendly, and great with people - go Laura! Laura is the best, and although I did not get to meet the rest of staff I'm sure they maintain the same standards, like they do with their facility (clean, organized, accommodating, the list goes on). I admired that fact that signing up was not a typical pushy "sales" experience, not once did I feel like I was in any other sales environment and respect their way of conducting business.

I have been with them for a few years. Never regretted it. They are the best! Laura is very friendly and helpful. The place is always super clean and organized. Their security System is awesome. It’s definitely the best place to keep your stuff!

This facility is immaculate! Very clean and welcoming. Management (Laura) has been extremely helpful and patient during my transition. I was so happy to find a climate control unit on the first floor. This facility is perfect. Its organized with entry/exit, parking that doesn't block traffic, it has elevators, there are hand carts available and the facility is well secured. Thank you Laura for all your wonderful help.
