Clean, secure, and a great staff! The prices are also hard to beat. We had no issues during the 8 months we needed a unit, and they were also so understanding when we cancelled, and made the move out process just as wonderful as moving in!

Got this storage online went to office next day to ask where my storage unit was at carol was very helpful show me where very nice clean place

I signed up for this storage online. Carol the property manager at this place was really helpful. First she helped fixing the generic gate code to one more personalized. She was also able to explain me the base pricing plus insurance price. Even though I found this place through ATX Storage and there they offer an one time free month, Carol explained they don’t do that however she went out of her way to honor partially that offer for next month billing cycle. I hope they keep Carol here for a long time and compensate her accordingly because she is definitely an asset for northgate storage!

I was trying to quickly rent a storage unit and wasn't able to get to the property before they closed. I called and spoke with Tina. She was amazing. Walked me through everything on the phone, and we were able to do the entire process. She was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly this storage facility is the best storage that I've ever dealt with. Not only were the prices a lot less than I anticipated, but the units were nice, and clean, plus they provided free bottled Waters and thank you cards. I had the pleasure of meeting both Carol and Tina at the front office and they were so polite and so helpful. It's so nice to go somewhere and experience great quality service. It's rare these days.

Needed to check out Northgate Storage for daughter moving to TX. The front desk person, Tina, gave us a very complete tour of the facility and answered all our questions. The facility looks great, very clean, and secure. We are definitely reserving a storage unit for our daughter! Thank you, Tina!

Worked with Jack the property manager at Northgate and was super helpful from Day 1 for all my storage needs. He even helped me pick a more ideal location for my unit from available options to make it easier to move items in and out. The entire process was very easy and facility always seems secure and well maintained.

The overall experience with Northgate Storage was above and beyond normal experiences with storage facilities. The facility is extremely clean, very secure, professionally managed (hats off to the manager and the staffer that checked us in, and very economical. We had to move our office furniture and equipment to storage at the last minute because our lease negotiations fell through. Northgate was able to get us a HUGE storage unit at a price that beat everyone in the North Austin area. This place is excellent if you are looking for a small or large storage unit.

Had a really good experience today. Went to pay my storage and Jack took really good care of me..... its always clean .. the only thing I wish is that they say Its climate controlled but its always really hott inside the building, not as hot as outside but I expect it to be nice and cool not only for our things in storage but the overall experience inside to the point where we don't want to drip sweat while inside the building where our belongings are kept. You expect to go inside an AC controlled building and if we need to move our things around you don't expect for it to be so uncomfortably hot!! Because u payed the extra to have AC. but other than that I am happy with the customer service that they provide.

Really easy to sign up and a great staff - nice and clean, too. This is being used by our volunteer group and we are very happy with how easy it was to sign up and get in, and the prices are very competitive. Better priced units are on the upper floors but the large and well kept elevator makes that fine.

If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go You do not need to look anywhere else. The customer service provided by Jack and the young lady as well was outstanding. I looked at other storage units and this was hands down the best. Other storage facilities that I looked at had problems with people loitering around. Everyday Jack (who is the manager) walks around the storage unit cleaning and checking everything. This storage facility is new as well which is great. I think I'm the first one to have rented my unit. When I checked out the storage unit at first, Jack even gave me prices of other storage places around him to compare prices. Even if his prices were higher (which they were not) I still would've purchased my unit with Jack just off of customer service alone.

Northgate Storage. The manager Jack Welter Is the most professional manager I've had dealing with. He always had a answer for the problem I was dealing with. I wish every establishment had a manager like to Jack Even when my unit was broke into. Jack came to the rescue. This place is fantastic! The units are immaculate and very reasonable. The facility is like stepping into Fort Knox. Jack helped take care of everything and was very accommodating. If you’re looking for a top notch storage facility, look no further because this is it.

There is no question this is my best Storage experience. Always clean, well lit and and just a nice property. As a furniture dealer I’ve had my fair share of experiences on properties. Jack (the on sight manager) is a rare bread of professional, accommodating and overall nice guy. I regularly see him waking around the property handing out cold bottled water to guests. On Halloween morning, he made it a point to walk up to my 3 year old in a duck custom and share some water. She spoke about “the ducky” a few times throughout the day. Recently I acquired a few more units of inventory for work. Jack went out of his way to share the most cost effective and sensible way to store the items. He certainly wasn’t obligated to do so. I rarely write reviews, but Northgate storage is very deserving of the positive feedback it receives.

Stop scrolling through those Yelp reviews! Northgate Storage is the best storage facility in town. Their prices are reasonable. It is a new facility and kept very clean. The hallways are well lit and there are security cameras everywhere. They also provide excellent hand carts. In addition to all that, Northgate Storage has a fantastic on-site manager. Rent your unit here before they are all taken.
