EADO Storage Houston, TX

We have used EADO Storage for a few months now and have been very happy with the service. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The storage unit is clean and very easy to access. Highly recommend!

I have been in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and the most important quality to have in order to run a very successful business is customer service. I am a HUGE fan of companies who have key employees that not only specialize in customer service, but goes above and beyond to satisfy their needs and Craig is certainly one of them. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and the information he provided me with. To upper management, my advice to you is do whatever it takes to keep him happy because if not, there’s a strong possibility that business owners will recognize the customer service skills he has and will try to hire him for their businesses. Craig was great! Very courteous & helpful. I was able to get a storage unit & place my items in less than 30 Minutes! The dollies were a great help! New, clean facility! Love that they have complimentary water. Easy in and out access! Rates were great as well! Do not hesitate to give Craig a call!!!

Y’all. It’s embarrassing how much I rely on this place, and every time I get my extra stuff whittled down, something else happens and I need extra room so I can go through things and reassess. Dad sends me 5 grand in fancy patio furniture?! Great, go see Craig while I figure out where to put it. Mother dies and has a 3500 square foot house full of things that I can’t go through cause I swamped in grief? Great, put that 8 foot pew in storage. Going back to school and moving from a 3 bedroom house into an airstream? Uh huh, go see Craig. Mostly recently I needed had to relocate my midwifery practice out of a business building due to a poorly handled security issue. Rented a coworking space, junked some stuff, and put the rest of the three offices into storage while I sort and find my next Best fit. Craig always helps me get the most value, and in a kind man who keeps a fastidious facility. The only caveat is sometimes you will find yahoos not wearing a mask. Craig usually chases them down and tells them what’s up.

This place is perfection. Craig is Super nice and always so helpful. He never judges my problematic storage needs and my endless changes. I’ve had other storage units and this place is the easiest, stuff always works and it’s pristine.

I've been looking for places and I finally found this place it's close to my location just 5 minutes away & I love it! It's new, clean, and safe and the service is wonderful. Mr. Craig is the best! he was so nice and fast I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I was at another storage and I've been recommending to more than one person so they can come over here. Ask for Craig.

The rental of the storage unit was the easiest business transaction I've ever done, honestly I think the whole process took 5 minutes in the office with Craig (who was super nice btw and he provided great customer service). The facility was very clean and I loved that it was climate controlled. I was able to start storing my stuff the same day and I wasn't dying of heat while I was organizing my stuff in the unit. 100 degree heat in a face mask doing heavy lifting and moving stuff around can be miserable but not here, it was a comfortable temperature. I also wanted to point out there are cameras everywhere. I feel very confident my stuff is safe there. The use of a personalized code to get on the property and then again to get in the building adds to that confidence. I also feel pretty safe going to my storage unit alone because there are also tv's placed on every floor that are hooked to the cameras and I'm able to see who is on the floor at the same time I am, the moment I step out of the elevator. These days you never know and being able to see every hallway with a quick glance is comforting. I highly recommend EADO Storage. They're making selling my house and moving so much easier because I don't have to worry about storing my stuff or it being safe.
