Absolute best place for storage. They make everything so easy and stress free, much appreciated during a move from out of state. Even though I'm in Plano, it's been well worth the drive. 10/10 on cleanliness and friendliness.

If your renting a U-haul I highly recommend this place, Paul(who works in the front office) was super accommodating and made the process way easier than I thought it would be. Again, it was really helpful having someone like Paul helping us out.

The manager, Tye is very friendly and professional. She worked with us to find the best unit for our needs. The facility is very clean, and secure. Prices very reasonable and there are occasional move-in specials, which gave us a great move-in deal. There is a moving truck they will let you use free for one business day for move in which was a life saver. Also, they rent U-Haul on site for additional truck needs. Very convenient, friendly staff, best experience ever by far for storage. Highly recommended Five Stars plus a couple more if allowed!

Tye was awesome! We had gone to a previous storage unit place where we had to wait multiple times because no one was in the office. We got to this location and Tye was waiting inside to help us, she showed us a few units and was very helpful trying to help figure out what size unit would be best for us! Would different recommend friends and family with y’all!

I just moved from NY to Texas, I wanted to find a safe, clean storage facility, as in the future we will need to store some extra stuff. I was so pleasantly surprised at how user friendly the units are. The office and the halls are very clean and Tye is most friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this storage facility. If you live in McKinney, this is a great centrally located place.

Tye was over the top with customer service! She was extremely welcoming and assisted me with all the options available. Some people just go to work for a pay check. She is in it to actually “help people to the best of her ability”. I will not get storage from anyone else! So thankful for this location and the staff especially Tye ?

This was the first time in my life to secure a storage space. I walked in and Tye was very friendly. She showed me all my options, and I was able to secure the needed extra storage space in about 15 minutes. The cost was very reasonable as well. This is the most immaculate storage center I have ever seen! Bright, clean, and good music too! Let me move in! I am very impressed and excited about the video security on my unit. It will send a text to my phone if someone tries to access my unit. Tye has been so helpful and accommodating as our storage situation has been with 2 homes, fire, and flood. Her cheerful attitude and pretty smile will lift your day! Really glad we are here!

Tye was super helpful and kind. She saw what I was needing to carry in by myself and got me a unit at a more convenient location. Unit was spotless when I went in and there was a cute welcome note and water bottles for me!

I never used Uhaul storage before and heard many horror stories. To my relief I came upon Craig Ranch. My truck and storage was clean with a need gift. I love it when a business open a few minutes earlier than what’s on the door. Management was very nice and very helpful. Thank u for going beyond my expectations.

Customer service is 5 stars with Tye!. The rental process was smooth and easy. Property is clean. Had a nice surprise when I opened my unit bottled water and a cylinder lock! Highly recommend renting here.

Bobby, the Manager, is personable, helpful and a barrel of laughs. He makes sure that the facility is cleaned and that all of the units are locked. One day, I thought I had locked my unit but he called to inform me that during his checks he saw my unit was not properly secured. That gives me a sense of relief to know that my property matters.
