I would like to give a good review but I can’t. I scheduled a U-Haul pickup for 9:30 am. I arrive, place is closed. It is now 10:15, place is still closed when they are supposed to open at 9:30 am. I had to cancel my U-Haul reservation and now I have to go somewhere else. I had my entire day planned and scheduled around picking up my U-Haul and now everything is off.

Today is the first time I interact with the new manager since Roger. Which was a big loss. I am surprise that she does not go to each of her suite to say hello and introduce her self to everyone including me. And my interaction with her today was not pleasant. I couldn’t get into the secondary gate and I called the office. She seemed irritated with me. Yes I am entering the correct code which I know my code but she wants to repeat her self saying are you entering the correct code. When she finally came to the gate she entered my code twice and it didn’t work either. Then she just said that the gate is not working and I can’t use it. I am from a customer service side of the world and I would not been happy if she was my employee and yet she is the main manager. She should have been more a response around…. I apologize but the gate is off line and we won’t be able to enter here but you can try the front gate. Something more pleasant. I do enjoy and love my studio but I don’t like how she interacted with me today. I didn’t know how to reach out to the owner so that is why I wrote this here.
