I just moved in and the people are very nice, but the company I’m still trying to see. Online you have the option to have surveillance or not for $12. I opted not to have it, but was charged anyway and was told it’s mandatory. It doesn’t say that online and that’s how I signed up. You cannot transfer units unless you basically start a new account which is odd seeing if you already have an account. Meaning paying another admission fee and someone. Then the truck you can use doesnt have a ramp which if I knew I would have just rented a truck. I am still on the fence but I don’t like opt out of something and then having to pay anyways. That’s not good business.
