I’m very saddened that I gave Meyer Park Storage a great rating last month, but I’m now forced to have to change. My things in my storage had gotten soaking wet and all moldy either from a faulty air conditioner unit that leaked all over my told or from the hurricane storm in July. I had to move all of my things out of there unit in order for the storage unit to be cleaned and sanitized When I tried to move back in the unit, in 1 week, they went up in the unit by $100+. They told me that I could move back into my space and didn’t inform me that they’d be going up on my rate. They totally deceived me. I’m very disgusted with their deceptive behavior. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years and they are showing me that they don’t value me as a customer and they could care less about my unfortunate situation. I’m very very disgusted with their deceptive business practice. The only reason that I was forced to move my things out of the unit was because of the mold that had formed all over my furniture and many other items. Then I find out this week that the new storage unit that I had to move to the price was also jacked an additional $100 foot that unit. I’m very disgusted with owners decisions.. They no longer honor customers who are faithful and long standing. I had a chance to talk to some other customers using the storage facility, and they were very upset as well.
