It’s the little things. I recently moved to College Station. Got a U-Haul up in the Dallas area but they didn’t have the dolly that I’d reserved. When I got to College Station, the location I’d scheduled to return the U-Haul to did not have a dolly either. I randomly called Lock ‘n Roll, who had no incentive to help me, and they graciously offered me a dolly at no extra charge. And they were incredibly pleasant. Great experience. Thanks!

Horrible place. The storage itself was nice and price was not bad, but if you are a college student that goes to A&M or Blinn do not go. Me and several friends have used this place and they charged us an extra month due to them forgetting that we moved out. The old lady at the front didn’t even try to understand that it was an error on their end and charged a bunch of us college students. We had no issues with paying for the months we were there but to get charged for an extra month is quite ridiculous. Money grabbing for college students is a bit much don’t you think? She said we hadn’t unlocked the doors to keep them open but we did because we HAVE THE LOCKS. We asked her to find security footage proof of us not leaving it unlocked and she refused. Again if we truly did make a mistake and used an extra month we would not have minded paying. If you look at the reviews it’s always about the older lady with white hair working. I read there are other people who had a similar experience as well so don’t let the good reviews fool you!
