Very nice management, getting unit was a very quick process. The 5 x 8 unit I got was bigger than I expected which is great. Walking distance from my apartments so that’s a huge plus. They offer a motion detector that sends you and management a text if any motion is detected in your unit for about $12/month if you’re worried about valuables being stolen. You can bring your own lock or buy one of theirs. Unit I mentioned above is big enough to fit all my Christmas decorations, a few chairs, coffee tables, coolers, and junk we don’t want laying around the house. And bags upon bags of clothes. Highly recommend this place for storage Update as of October 1,2024. Unfortunately due to financial reasons I had to cancel my storage unit. The manager who I spoke to was very accommodating, gave me a reasonable amount of time to remove my belongings and made the process smooth. I still highly recommend this place for storage

Ended up getting a storage unit this week and the process was so easy and painless. The manager was so nice to me (this was my first storage I ever used) so he helped me after I was able to sign up online ( took about 5 minutes). Highly recommended and appreciate the kind service I received!

Scott, the general manager went over and above to help us get a congregation member with storm damage just the right storage room, and get moved in quickly! Communication was more than I could have asked for in the midst of hurricane Beryl hitting our area. Scott did everything he could to make a difficult situation so much better. We all left with a smile on our face and felt really well taken care of! Highly recommend this facility for the personal touches and attention to customer service. Thank you Scott!

I’ve only had my unit for about a week, but so far, my experience has been great! Connie was the first person I met with when I reserved the unit, and she was wonderful with getting me set up. Since then, I’ve interacted with Scott more consistently and he is just awesome! Always pleasant and greeting you with a smile, and happy to help. He definitely lives up to all of the wonderful reviews about him on here. I’m pretty confident that I’ll continue to have a great experience with this storage space.
