The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. I don’t remember the name of the young lady who helped me (ya I’m terrible at this) but she was very helpful. Since I’m storing a brand new trailer with a tag receipt but don’t have the registration yet, her boss said to refund me (I had prepaid for it online) but his boss said since that’s a legit DMV document … we got it sorted. Bonus points for my dogs not destroying my apartment in the meantime. Much better price than the other storage facilities I researched in the area. Definitely recommended!

We are moving today and will not be back and had important documents that they either trashed or put somewhere. I don’t understand how they can move my property when I am still leasing the space we paid for. This is unacceptable and a breach of privacy.

Stored my family things here for about 8 months while renting apartment at TOS. Devon self storage is unsafe, because there are homeless people living in units with there pets. There are people using units as mechanic shops. There is a theft problem. It also smells horrible (becuase of the homless with pets). Worst part of my rent was the insulation from my unit fell all over my things. I exchanged several text and calls with a “owner” and he not only refused to do anything, but he also raised the rate on my unit. Most of the time gates were broken or inaccessible. This place should be closed.

For the worst place I’ve ever used for storage unit that’ll broken light in there for 3 months with upper management will never contact you back The roofs are leaking the air conditioners don’t work they still charge full price as if you still have air conditioning. Be inconsistent on what they tell you when fees will be added won’t be added with floods but mainly the problem is that the people that are above the people that are actually work there which are both good people that work the front desk have no power to do anything whatsoever and they’ve been told by their upper management to never waive any kind of fees whatsoever no matter what I guess so with that being said they don’t care nothing about your stuff in there so you might as well not care about putting your stuff in that place because there’s a lot of other places that are a lot better it’s amazing this place is still even open but I wouldn’t put anything valuable in there and it’s like three cameras that work in the whole place that does your security absolute horrible experience I had except for the people the front desk were good.
